Thank you for choosing to exhibit at, and support, this year's Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo! Please bookmark this page as your resource for helpful guides to ensure you have a successful show.
1. Update Your Company's Online & Printed Show Directory Listing
Be sure to update your company's listing in the Online Directory and the printed Show Directory. This is what attendees use to plan their time at the show. You will also be able to add press releases, product information and much more to your online listing. To update your listing, visit the online exhibitor portal, choose your company name, and use the password that was provided to you via email. If you have any questions, contact Sue Fales.
2. Order Furnishings & Services, Review Forms and Permit Information in the Online Exhibitor Manual
To make your participation in the 2016 show go smoothly, we've prepared an Online Exhibitor Manual which includes all the information and services available to you at the event. Please read through the Exhibitor Manual carefully for all deadlines and order forms you'll need while preparing for the show.
3. Register for Exhibitor Badges for Booth Staff
Each individual from your company attending the show is required to have an Exhibitor Badge to access the exhibit floor. Each exhibiting company will receive an allotment of badges based on booth size. You will be able to register for badges in the same location where you update your listing information - HERE. Choose your company name, and use the same password that you used to update your listing, and clink the link that says "Click here to register your booth staff". If you have any questions, contact Sue Fales.
4. Invite your Customers and Prospects to Attend the Show as Your Guest
Our FREE Customer Invitation Program is a free and easy way to offer complimentary registration to your best customers and prospects! This program allows you to create your own link for complimentary registration and send it to your customers and/or prospects. You can choose from web buttons, email signatures, social media graphics and evites (email invitations) -- all providing your customers and prospects with free registration ... and provided at no cost to all exhibitors. Coming Soon!
