Join us for Culinary Clash: Battle Los Angeles event, presented by Coca Cola. The cooking competition fundraiser benefiting the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation will pit industry heavyweights against each other in an ultimate battle of skill and mettle.
A fun and interactive cooking competition among restaurant teams to raise money for high school culinary arts education. Guests will enjoy tasty appetizers and beverages while rooting for their favorite restaurant team.
Restaurant company corporate chefs and executives will team with a ProStart student to prepare an amuse bouche and an entrée in 45 minutes using only two butane burners.
*Note: This event occurs on the show floor of the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo. Admission to the show is necessary to attend Culinary Clash: Battle Los Angeles.
