Use the Exhibitor Dashboard to update your company listing that appears in the online and printed show directory. Use the step by step guide to help you update your listing.
My Show Planner is an attendee's #1 resource for looking up exhibitors. The online exhibitor directory is the first place the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo attendees and media go to learn more about your company. Be sure to update and list the following in your company listing: company name, description, product listings, booth number, address, phone number, fax number, Web site URL, press releases, and public relations contact. You can also submit Show Specials, upload press releases, and connect with leads through your exhibitor dashboard.

Reed Exhibitions and the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo do NOT support the Fair Guide -- it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or WFHE. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Fair Guide from Construct Data, its publisher, which use the name of the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo - do not be fooled. Construct Data currently operates out of Slovakia (it has previously operated out of Austria and Germany).
