Two sponsor positions are available in this Grand Central Station on the Show Floor. This feature area will serve as the hub of information, with four separate sections – Education with 15+ sessions on management and trends; Consultants as a one-on-one meeting place for operators to connect with industry experts; Food Sponsor and Beverage Sponsor. This is a sponsorship opportunity with sampling, demonstration and/or chef appearances possibilities; and sponsors will benefit from pre-show, at-show and post-show marketing for your brand.

The Front of House Experience will be comprised of five (5) “showroom sets” designed and displayed by sponsors as exclusive owners of a set or as product participants with in a set (organized by designers). The five (5) showrooms will display concepts for dinning rooms, lounges, bar area, lobby, hotel, restaurant, and club front of house products.

This feature of the show will also have a centralized “Front of House Lounge” where designers will discuss and display through video and picture galleries on plasma screens; décor and design trends as well as examples of innovative and unique designs happening today. Attendees will have the opportunity to “ask an expert” during roundtable discussions. This new and innovative approach to showcasing front of house options will be the talk of the show, the press, and the buzz on the show floor.

The Healthy Pavilion and Demonstration Theater at the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo will allow you to capture the marketshare in the growing trend of diners searching for healthy food options. This area will provide new menu options and solutions for operators looking to add healthy items to their establishments. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet with buyers and chefs from institutional foodservice, multi-unit establishments, independent restaurants and universities and school systems.

Arrange a Press Interview

To avoid missing an opportunity, always contact your key media sources to book appointments in your booth even if they are not on the pre-registered press list. Keep in mind that many press register on-site. Remember to show excitement for your products and services when talking to the press. Be sure to always include "at the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo” in your press releases. This will make it clear to the media where you are announcing or demonstrating your new products or services as well as add credibility to your news. The press should be contacted prior to the show to schedule a meeting. A complete list of invited and preregistered press is available to all exhibiting companies by e-mail request to Laura at lblagys@reedexpo.com. On-Site Press Room

Plan to drop off press kits in the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo Press Office. The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo press room will be located at the Anaheim Convention Center . (See below for press room dates and hours). Exhibitors are encouraged to display their information kits in the Press Room for easy access by the media. Access is restricted to accredited members of the working press. Up to 50 kits may be placed in the press room and all kits should be mailed in advance or dropped off to the Press Office onsite.
