The Ferdinand Metz Foodservice Forum is our educational program providing practical, relevant, real-life business lessons from industry leaders, along with trends, best practices and the keys to success. Admission is included with all registrations.

This leading West Coast retail event focusing on Hispanic ingredients, foods and products, is co-located with the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, offering more than 300 booths, educational programs and live demos. Admission is included with your paid admission to the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo.

Now planning for the show is easier than ever. What is the price to attend the Show?
The Exhibits Plus Pass Registration (which includes access to the Ferdinand Metz Foodservice Forum and the co-located Expo Comida Latina) is $45 per person (if you register by July 19, 2013). After that date the registration rate is $65 per person.
What is your admission policy?
Admission to the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo is for trade and business visitors only. No one under 18 years of age, including infants, will be admitted to the Show at anytime. NO exceptions. No carts will be allowed on the show floor.
What is your Student admission policy?
Our Student Admission Policy is: no more than 10 students may attend per school, with each 5 students requiring one chaperone with them throughout the show. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the Show at any time. The Student rate is $25 per person, and valid student ID is required.
When will I receive my attendee badge?
Badges will not be mailed prior to the show; and must be picked up on-site at the Show. Please bring your confirmation email (with the barcode) to any Express Registration Counter on-site and your badge will be easily printed for you there.

How do I make travel arrangements?
Making your hotel and travel arrangements has never been easier or more affordable. The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo Travel Desk provides you with discounted hotel accommodations and travel options for your trip to Los Angeles. Check for the most up-to-date availability of hotels and rates - or for more information and reservations. Our discounted rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Flights and car rentals are also available. Hotel/Travel will be available spring 2013.

How do I request an official letter of invitation for VISA purposes?
International participants at the Show may need an official invitation letter in order to process your VISA request. It will take 5-7 business days to process, depending upon the volume of requests. Complete the online VISA Letter Request Form here.
Can I bring my family to the Show?
The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo is FOR THE TRADE ONLY. No one under 18 will be admitted at any time, including infants. Proof of age and involvement in the foodservice, restaurant or hospitality industries may be required.
What is the Show Cancellation Policy?
No refunds will be given for any cancelled or no-show registrations; there are no exceptions to this policy.
