In order to participate in Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo 2013 Space Draw Selection you must do the following before August 1, 2012:
Review the 2013 Package Pricing
Submit 30% deposit and signed Application and Licensing Agreement.
*If these are not received by August 1, 2012 you will not be eligible to select your space. Reedepay and Reedecheck are the best ways to pay your deposit.To do so, you will need the following:

Check your priority points.
*If you see a problem with your priority points you must contact Ed Gallo at 1-203- 840-5546 or email prior to August 1, 2012. Be sure to download the Rules and Regulations before you call-in.
Review your call-in time.
*If you would like to choose a booth size different from your 2012 booth, contact Ed Gallo at 1-203- 840-5546 prior to August 1, 2012 to receive a new call-in time. Space Selection for 2013 will be held August 1, 2012 in the United States, Eastern Standard Time (New York). The call-in phone number will be 1-203-840-5850.
