- The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo will take place August 28-30, 2011 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California – celebrating it’s 75th year serving the restaurant and hospitality industry.
- The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show will take place September 8-10, 2011 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida -- marking it’s 40th Anniversary.
Both events will offer focused product areas, information-packed seminars, and many renowned special events. Thousands of industry professionals come to discover nearly 10,000 new products at the shows; which have established themselves as the place to gather for trends, education, and solutions. The educational opportunities presented offer access to the sizzling food trends to tantalize guests, as well as up-to-the minute business practices and strategies to optimize operations and stay profitable.
