NORWALK, CT August 18, 2011-- Reed Exhibition Companies, producers of the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, today announced the schedule for the 2011 Demonstration Theater. The Demonstration Theater is an educational, interactive and entertaining area for restaurant and foodservice professionals who want to stay abreast of what’s hot in the food world.
Located right on the show floor, the Theater will feature Culinary Demonstrations by five renowned chefs including Master Chef Fritz Sonnenschmidt who will present a from-scratch preparation of Semi-emulsified Sausage (Beer Brat) and Full-emulsified Sausage (Swiss Brat) based on formulas from Charcuterie.
The Theater is free for all attendees.
