1. Update Your Company's Online & Printed Show Directory Listing
Be sure to update your company's listing in the Online Directory. This is what attendees use to plan their time at the show. You will also be able to add press releases, product information and much more to your online listing. You will be receving your login information soon.
2. Order Furnishings & Services, Review Forms and Permit Information in the Online Exhibitor Manual
The online exhibitor manual for the 2019 event will be available soon.
3. Register for Exhibitor Badges for Booth Staff
Each individual from your company attending the show is required to have an Exhibitor Badge to access the exhibit floor. Each exhibiting company will receive an allotment of badges based on booth size. You will be able to register for badges in the same location where you update your listing information.
4. Invite your Customers and Prospects to Attend the Show as Your Guest
Our Customer Invitation Program is an easy way to offer $10 registration to your best customers and prospects! This program allows you to create your own link for $10 registration and send it to your customers and/or prospects. You can choose from web buttons, email signatures, social media graphics and evites (email invitations) -- all providing your customers and prospects with discounted registration ... and provided at no cost to all exhibitors.

Please note: Connections Housing is the only official housing company associated with Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.

BEWARE of Third Party Lead Retrieval Systems
Beware of third party lead retrieval companies soliciting devices with the assumption they work at all or most shows. The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo official registration providers design their systems to work in accordance with conditions that protect information, ensure data integrity, and are NOT aligned with outside providers systems. Any challenges with use of these systems should be directed tot he seller of these systems.
BEWARE of Travel Scams
The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, in partnership with Connections Housing, are committed to providing you with the best travel deals around. Connections Housing is the official travel provider for the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo. Don't be fooled by offers from other parties using the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo name - they are NOT affiliated with Clarion UX or the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo. Remember, if the offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. At the very least, prior to booking with a party other than Connections Housing, please check the prospective vendor's rating at www.bbb.org
BEWARE of the Fair Guide
Clarion UX and the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo do NOT support the Fair Guide -- it is NOT affiliated with Clarion UX or WFHE. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Fair Guide from Construct Data, its publisher, which uses the name of the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo -- do not be fooled. Construct Data currently operated out of Slovakia (it has previously operated out of Austria and Germany).
BEWARE of the Expo-Guide
Clarion UX and Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo also do NOT support the Expo-Guide -- it is NOT affiliated with Clarion UX or Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Expo-Guide from Commercial Online Manuals, its publisher, which use the name of Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo – again, do not be fooled. The Expo-Guide currently operates out of Mexico.
