Owner and General Manager, Barcito


Andrea, a Los Angeles native, started her career with Hillstone Restaurant Group, working as a beverage manager, service manager, and AGM at locations in South Florida and the Greater New York Area. She left Hillstone to join Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group, eventually becoming the General Manager of Blue Smoke in Battery Park City. After making her way back to the West Coast, she set out on a project of her own - a neighborhood gastropub (inspired by the classic corner bars of Buenos Aires, where she spent childhood summers visiting her grandparents). Barcito opened in Downtown Los Angeles in September of 2015, and in April of 2016, adopted a "Hospitality Included" no-tipping model. Andrea made Zagat’s 2016 30 Under 30 list and was a winner of the 2016 class of Eater Young Guns
