Myles Bowker is the CEO of Lee Fish USA and Kai Gourmet – quality-focused Seafood importing and distribution companies in El Segundo, California. Originally from New Zealand, he started his career in Finance Law before moving to Los Angeles 10 years ago to join Lee Fish USA. Myles has a unique perspective on the seafood supply chain as part of a company that specializes in perishable logistics. He understands the needs of small artisanal producers shipping products across the globe as well as those of Michelin starred restaurants, and everything in between.
