Tuni grew up in the bustling towns of Hong Kong, Toronto and Chicago and learned about the hospitality industry at a young age. Her professional career began with large Hospitality brands, including Hilton and IHG. She moved from hospitality into DEIB consulting, implementing employee programming at several Fortune 500 companies.
The lack of care and regard for frontline workers in the hospitality industry prompted her to start Chatterbox consulting, a company focused on staff retention, conflict resolution and employee engagement within restaurants, hotels and bars.
She holds a degree in Food Industry Management from Michigan State University with a certification in Conflict Resolution from Cornell.
