Booth Space Only

Booth Space Only booth participation includes:

  • Company listing (with short profile description) & Product Categories, appearing on the online floorplan, exhibitor listing area, and mobile app
  • Option to include company listing in 5 Star Buyer networking portal (must opt-in)
  • 6 exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft.

Food Sampling Booth Package*

Requirements for purchase eligibility:​

  • Exhibitor’s product must be food ingredient or finished food product ​

  • Must be cooking/preparing and offering the audience food samples from your exhibit ​

Includes 10x10 foot area outfitted with the following:​

  • 8' high black back drape​

  • 3' high black side drape​

  • Two 6' x 42" high black-draped tables (one in back for prep, one in front for serving)​

  • One stool​

  • One wastebasket​

  • One 7" x 44" one-line identification sign​

  • Gray booth carpet​

  • 5 amp / 500-watt electrical outlet

*Required to secure your own sampling insurance and sanitization as per convention center & state guidelines. The exhibitor is also responsible for receiving, handling & storing food products.*

Pantry Headline Sponsorship

This 70x60 foot area features our NEW Center Stage & Restaurant Experience, where we’ll be hosting chef and bartender competitions and culinary demos, and a VIP area for our 5-star key buyer group.  

This feature will be marketed heavily to our audience as a place where they can come and truly immerse themselves in culinary experiences that both thrill and educate… together we build an amazing event experience that enables the audience to see, touch, smell, and taste the flavors that our sponsors bring to the proverbial “table”! 

  • Recognized as one of two major headline sponsors of the event as a whole, and of its main feature – The Center Stage Restaurant Experience (headliner branding in these deliverables is all positioned side-by-side with the pantry sponsor)  

  • Brought in under “partner status” to our content planning committee where your company can contribute and help shape the specific content taking place on our center stage across all three days of the event 

  • An exclusively client-produced session (can be a demonstration, chef competition, or otherwise) on the center stage – ability to contribute more where it makes sense within the structure of the production as determined by the content committee 

  • A spot for your chef or representative in our Rapid Fire chef competition and ingredient sponsor for the competition such that you can choose the ingredient that must be used by all chefs in the competition

Supporting Product Sponsor 

Within the NEW Center Stage & Restaurant Experience, there will be food served to an engaged audience watching the chef competitions and demonstrations, being a supporting product sponsor is your chance to demonstrate your products use in a real restaurant/foodservice environment. 

A great example of a supporting product sponsor would be a furniture company outfitting the audience seating with their products, or a disposable wares company serving the samples out of their packaging product. 

There are opportunities across the board, but the product must be approved by our headline sponsors and fit with the overall experience.
